Presenter Registration
- Presenters' registration closes on March, 31, 2012. If your registration fee is not received by this date, your presentation will not be included in the Congress program and proceedings

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via e-mail. You are eligible to have the following refunds based on the cancellation time.
- Before April 30, 2012: 100% of registration fees paid can be refunded.
- Before May 31, 2012: 50% of total fees can be refunded.
- After May 31, 2012, there will be NO REFUNDS.
Confirmation
Your registration, reservations and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your payments. Please present the confirmation letter to the Registration Desk and get your receipt upon arrival.
